We have a Gold winner!
When we started our Pride of Assisi awards we wanted to acknowledge that students may win it more than once. Although we thought that that would be unlikely we bought silver badges to recognise that fact. It was also decided to buy a small number of gold badges in case any student managed to win Pride of Assisi three times. Today Abbie Russon achieved that distinction. She was presented with her certificate and, very rare, gold badge by both the Principal and Vice Principal.
Welcome to Assisi college. The college is named after St Francis of Assisi and our team name is The Lions. We are a part of Chaucer Tech in Canterbury. Our subjects are, in alphabetical order, Citizenship, Geography, Health and Social care, History, Psychology, Religeous Education, Social Education and Sociology. Our first issue to look at is to discover what causes the most stress in school. I asked all advisory groups to discuss this and the top three are listed in out Poll.
